Our Homemade pies are made in Dorset with some of the finest ingredients available. The high beef content (60%) is carefully selected with as much fat and sinew removed prior cooking so you are guaranteed a real tender meaty pie. They taste absolutely delicious with a delightful slightly peppery after taste and are very filling. We already have many satisfied customers who love our pies and buy on a regular basis so we can guarantee you will love them. INGREDIENTS: Beef (60%), beef stock, white onion, salt, cornflour, Black pepper, fresh garlic, olive oil, gravy powder (contains Barley, Wheat starch).
PASTRY : Wheat flour, water, margarine, salt, palm & rapeseed oils

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Our pies are shipped to you uncooked and frozen in insulated packaging and need to be stored in the freezer until ready to be baked.
Before baking lightly brush the pie with egg or milk
Bake from frozen in oven @ 180 Deg C (gas setting 4) for 45 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for +- 10 minutes
Although our pies have sufficient gravy they do go very well with a topping of your favourite gravy or creamy pepper sauce.
